He would have got off an SR-71 before China so you would have to add that time. Don’t think the Prez would fit or like an SR flight.
Purportedly some could be instantaneously to any spot on the globe. Doubt they'd use any of the more exotic ones, though.
Could imagine they might use a jump-room to Australia and conventional flights from there.
