Nothing cryptic, the article simply offers more in depth information of details the general population already knows from the memo, information that should be the first to wake the public up to. The first post contains reliable and mainstream information that is very well written and easy to follow, from a relatively reputable source.
I think this is important - people's first impression of a Q post they see for themselves is not going to look like a crazy person rambling on the internet. Most people would write off the more cryptic Q posts if they aren't already red pilled, and it takes some digging and a certain amount/type of intelligence to be able to decipher them.
For me . . . this is the 4th marker that our President is involved directly with the Q project. Our President may be many things, for those who do not see it think one word . . .

In a 4-6 week period later part of 2017, Q wrote the whole story. Everything we need to know was shared. Everyone on this thread has some level of belief in Q, however, many, myself included don't have a stinking clue what he is saying. Those who were following remember the middle of November, a period in time that I believe will go down as a turning point in history. The war we see today, pivots around the many "actions" "firing patterns" that took place in that time period. For example, those following remember posts 144 to 155 . . . the open declaration of war as we see today. Plus post 152 with President Trump declaring Victory at best, shoving it up so far the enemies a_ _ the least.

"Shadow Brokers" is the Q group in the article. They started in August 2016! The article was meant to warn everyone that the code had been broken and that whitehats were on to them.
