I rather doubt it was what Q is referring to, but here is an interesting excerpt from a story on the Zagami web site describing a rain in the Vatican:

I can actually believe this. I think Jesus is perhaps crying in Heaven. He sees sin in its highest degree. He gave us life and now look where we are today.

I sincerely hope our army of faithful soldiers is mighty and strong because this war is more than of human sin.
