Not one war since WWII. However the ones who did serve were heroes like the rest. One of the points I was trying without success to make to the yenta who posted this thread is that we should all look forward to the day when we refer to ourselves as Americans and not hyphonated-Americans.
To be accurate Jews in WWII fought at one percent higher than their population rate
And i know it sounds stereotypical but many were doctors
I think a majority of Jewish doctors under 45 joined the service in WWII
