I have a friend who sometimes calls some of his employees “crazy jew,” “crazy nigger,” “crazy bitch.”

They in turn call him names. Its all in jest, of course.

It shocks outsiders looking in, but these people have all been with him for 20+ years, and they are good friends outside work, and they all help each other out in their personal lives.

So without deep context and knowledge, this article is just more MSM propaganda.

I understand your point. I started working at a place where the language was very harsh. Then I went to work where none of it was tolerated. I have to say the latter is a nicer place to work.

And for the past thirty years I’ve managed a bunch of call centers—and profanity of any kind is not allowed within a significant range of an open telephone mic.

It doesn’t make us less or more racist. But it does make us sound more professional.

I guess one could ask why Jews are the only group that consistently votes AGAINST their own pocketbooks (1), and, for that matter consistently votes AGAINST their own personal safety (2).

I won’t call them crazy...if I could come up with a term.

(1) - Jews are considerably wealthier than the public as a whole, yet they empower the takers of society
(2) - Jews are consistently the target of waves of hate-driven violence, yet they empower those would jail the bad guys and take guns away from the good guys.

To be fair, my friend's business is 100% his own. He has about 30 employees and many have been with him since he started the business. He's very generous and treats employees like family - which for him, means joking with them with the familiarity of family. I agree it would never work in any other, especially corporate, setting.
