Whoakaaaay. How does an “accidental” fire start in a $2.5 mil apartment in a modern highrise...?

Dead vic a smoker? Burn the roast? Use a faulty electric space heater?

He was wealthy and able to afford paying the rent for 20 years.

If he hated it so much, why did he not let the lease run out and rent or buy something else?

He would have been required to have renters’ insurance on his belongings; art etc., wonder if it was a potential insurance scam or revenge on Trump, attempting to burn the building down?

He had money and options - but no common sense, just hatred!!!

I'm gonna guess the guy actually had a stroke...and either something was on the stove or he dropped a cigarette. Certainly there were working smoke detectors. I have 2 in my 1000 SF apt and a Carbon Dioxide detector.

Will have to be patient.

My guess is his art friend is after his art. Nothing would surprise me.

Maybe the prick was so angry and so consumed wiih hate that he was a victim of spontaneous human combustion. After 8 years of Obama and the democrats behavior now I’m surprised I myself haven’t ignited or gone up like a sky rocket.
