harlize Theron Considers Leaving America as ‘Racism Alive and Well’
South African actress Charlize Theron has revealed she is considering leaving the United States because of a perceived increase in racism under the Trump administration.
“I don’t even know how to talk about the last year under our new administration,” Theron said in an interview for Elle conducted by the comedian Chelsea Handler. “But racism is much more alive and well than people thought. We can’t deny it anymore. We have to be vocal. ”
Theron, who was born and raised in apartheid South Africa, went on to claim that she fears for the safety of her adopted children, both of whom are African-American.
“There are places in this country where, if I got a job, I wouldn’t take it. I wouldn’t travel with my kids to some parts of America, and that’s really problematic,” she said.
“There are a lot of times when I look at my kids and I’m like, if this continues, I might have to [leave America]. Because the last thing I want is for my children to feel unsafe,” she continued. “But they’re going to have to know that it’s a different climate for them than it is for me, and how unfair that is

I watched it on TV last week and I have to agree with you.
All of these uber woman movies these days where the woman just beats all of the men to a pulp while wearing high heels is getting old. It has become a formula. I can understand it in the Comic Book movies like Wonder Woman but a spy drama not so much.
The plot was a mess as well almost impossible to follow.
I started watching it while my wife was getting dressed to go to dinner. I did not think I would be watching more than a half hour. She got sucked in to it for some reason and I ended up watching the whole thing. It was torture.
Not a great movie, worth Redboxing.
Still she trained hard for the action scenes and at 5' 10" is more believable in them than that hobbit Tom Cruise...

Years ago she stated she supported the allegedly female Clinton. This was to me the standard default position of a thespian and nevertheless duly noted at the time. I saw her Oscar winning role in Monster and maybe one or two other flicks. She may be considered hot by some but her looks never did anything for me. Over the.years she has made news by spewing leftist drivel. None of which is surprising as is this latest upchuck. What she said isn’t news as such although actually leaving America might be a one line filler item for us here at FR.

Yes racism is alive and well, it grew to monster size under Obama and finally a light has been shined on it under Trump. Like a bunch of cockroaches they are running all about the floor. It it horrible.
