87 octane gas with ethanol is fine
Pennzoil sae 30.
Sharpen and balance the blade every 4 uses.

Runs like a top.

What you said, I mean it is only a $300 mower, after 5 or 6 years ya throw it away and get a new one. Now if it was a $3000 mower ya might want to take a few steps to keep it around a little longer.

Thanks...if you live in Buffalo....isn’t straight 30 weight too heavy for colder spring and fall weather? Not winter when there is no mowing.

Dude! No offense but something tells me you have a ver well organized and spotless garage ;)

Good for you. My grass cutting consists of a squirt of starter fluid, whatever gas I can find, cut the grass and shoehorn the thing back in the garage.
