OK, then, offer him sanctuary in some country, plus a $billion, so he can live out his life in splendor. In exchange, North Korea becomes a Chinese protectorate, and all offensive weaponry gets removed.
Otherwise, Trump gives South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan the go-ahead to develop their own nukes, something that would absolutely freak China out.
