Yes, more or less. Quickly drawn that direction and probably slammed head heard on the way out, on the window frame or nearby. Mercifully never knew what hit her.

Quirk of fate. Afterwards we can pretty well figure out the sequence of events. Clinically speaking, a flaw in blade eventually weakened it to point of breaking, parts of containment shroud didn't hold (I read that parts of the blade remained in the engine), something hit the window weakening to the point of catastrophic failure, and passenger (likely not belted to her seat) was pushed toward and through the widow by massive rush of air.

Only her hips stopped her from being swept entirely out the window.
