I'm taking this to believe certain department are still in working progress of clean-up but not there yet. I'd like to know the REAL reason for the delay.
Am I correct in thinking people working on the documents are dragging their feet? AND with all the many hands involved I doubt the findings could be anything near the truth.

Maybe to prevent these clean-up artists from getting to the files. Much of the material is or was on paper.
Given the October 2017 date, I'll be surprised if today's release contains an unredacted bombshell. I love surprises.
