What authority does this so-called judge have over the executive branch?
Dear President Trump,
Tell this judge to pound sand. Ignore his “order” and put the burden of enforcing it on the judge’s shoulders. Especially since thrusters can’t cite a legal statue upon which DACA is enshrined in law.
He can start the impeachment process and see it through.
He can also prosecute the judge for crimes.
He has power. He needs to use it.
Judge:
There’s no money authorized in the budget for such a program.
Legally, absolutely nothing.

Congress has the exclusive and unlimited authority over the rules of naturalization per Article I, section 8, clause 4 of the United States Constitution
Neither the President, nor the States, nor black robbed tyrants have any authority regarding immigration.
