Out of concerns that these weapons might be targeted by Israel, Iranian forces have ben moving them around and hiding them in Syria, the army said.
This remark from the TimesofIsrael pretty much tells the truth. After following the soldiers its evident they move around a lot and quite possibly hiding/storing weapons are the agenda.
