Run the math. 750 ft/1.5 sec —> 500 ft/sec. Now 60 mph== 88 ft/sec. Very rough estimation,6*88 =528 ft /sec, close enough for teh interwebz. So that’s 6*60mph=360 mph.

Which puts that object's speed well within the range of propeller-driven (or jet engine powered) drone/aircraft and 'way too slow for a rocket or gun fired round.
