Yes. But in the case of failure to consider nominees, IMO, it's not a winning proposition. They'd take it out of his hide, and he'd end up with a worse administration, and we'd end up with a worse field of judges.

If some peoples’ analyses prove correct, the congressional sex fund list of wrongdoers will take out a lot of Dems in the near future, both House and Senate. It is thought that many of the “deciding to spend more time with my family” R dropouts are wrongdoers on that list.
