I respectfully disagree about the EU’s expansionist goals.
You can’t incorporate the Middle East and northern Africa without incorporating (or eliminating) their population. That incorporation will kill the European host, or change it beyond recognition, as we are seeing now from small doses.
That doesn’t mean that some of the EU political higher ups might not have the vision you’ve mentioned. But, I don’t see how it can possibly work out as planned.

Yes, Islamization will kill the European culture; but, that is DESIRED.
The WAR is between having a TOTALITARIAN POLICE STATE, versus the RULE OF LAW ... and, tragically, the EU ruling elite has chosen the former (with themselves above it all, of course).
For example, the EU has already criminalized speech. If one speaks against immigration one can be charged with the crime of "xenophobia" and arrested by an EU police force, without breaking the law of a single European nation!
What's the point? The EU has ALWAYS been a Trojan Horse for world government. That is NOT going to be a government of laws or democracy. Our failed experiment to give Iraq a free country should show how UNPREPARED most of the world, and particularly the Muslim world, is for these gifts. The top EU leaders are already UNELECTED.
