That is a really good question. I guess it is like other dangerous lifestyle choices- they never think it will happen to them.

I’d say there’s a fair chance she gets convicted based on the facts.

Hubby takes out a $1 mil life insurance policy which his best friend knew about just 6 months prior.

Then hubby conveniently dies.

Then she marries the best friend.

In addition to the above, the former best friend and now her new hubby rolled over to the cops and implicated her. Who will the jury believe? Given the above facts, I’m inclined to believe the accusations. Add in the pressuring hubby #1’s mom not to press for a murder investigation.......

On ID the Investigation Discovery channel there are endless stories about evil wives like this.
I dated one for something like 9 years, luckily i knew better not to marry her and for all i know i could have been the star dead guy in one of their episodes.
I do know that the low life she ended hooking up with and spawned 2 kids with died a few months ago at a young age....coulda been me.
