It’s really stupid to insult the folks who are making or serving your food.
I wonder if he reacts the same if he hears Yiddish at a deli.
I have yet to hear of any Yiddish person engaging in identity theft, welfare cheat in multiple counties, voting illegally multiple times, driving without insurance or a valid license, etc...
If you know differently, by all means, enlighten us.
There must be less than a half dozen delis left where staff speak Yiddish in NYC. And most are in Williamsburg and Boro Park.
The 2nd Ave Deli staff is almost all from India / Bangladesh.
