I read this years ago..it’s a scam letter supposedly sent by Johns Hopkins. Take it with a grain of salt.

Yes. Eat food, eventually die of something. Maybe cancer, maybe obesity or heart attack or stroke.

Don’t eat anything -> Don’t die of cancer. (Might starve to death, but you won’t die of cancer. Got it.)
