The port wing was somehow 10' in the air while the starboard wing was touching the water. Abrupt stop? Is that like, "Hitting something?" How come five of the first six passengers outside the plane weren't wearing life jackets after they reportedly had been specifically told by the pilot to don those life jackets while they were still in the plane and on the descent?
