With the absence of complete (husband-wife) family units and promiscuous hookups producing children (70% + Blacks being born out-of-wedlock) there is most likely rampant incest and inbreeding going on among such populations.
That and Islamic teachings from childhood destroys the otherwise personality God intended them to have. They are dependent on the religious teachers because most cannot read classical arabic it’s written in, they memorize the Koran by repetition.. a language they don’t know well if at all.
