This is just my opinion but I think someone (deep state) hacked something and fired off a missle. It was likely intercepted in the Pacific far enough away that nobody would notice.

Interesting thought. If we have a classified SDI capability, and if it took down a missile fired by the Black Hats intending to take down Air Force 1 and Trump, then I would expect Q to have another "AS THE WORLD TURNS" post to indicate another failed attempt to take out the president.
