My neighbor behind me has a still growing pitbull that gets aggressive every time I go in the back yard. Right now, only a three foot chain length fence separates us. My old 6 foot fence was old and rotten, so I took it down with my last neighbor, but I am planning to put it back up this month.

I have 2 labs and I can see this pit coming over the fence to attack them soon. Its either a new fence or anti-freeze hotdogs for the pit.

That is no way enough protection. A female pit bull climbed a section of the three-foot fence at the back of my yard about two months ago. She just had puppies and was looking for food and was friendly. Animal control came and got her, but no sign of the puppies.

Put up a fence that the pit can't climb; a chain-link provides footholds for their paws to use and they are strong enough to use them.
