Nope. It seems to be (and I've just scratched the surface of reading up on this) some sort of literal alliance between/among grievance groups. Think of all the disparate pockets of venom to which Obama campaigned in 2012, and that's pretty much the landscape that "Allyship" grew out of. Hard-core feminists and the BLM gang are just some of the better-known "allies". See da link.
