Actually, its executive conclusion was considerably more narrow. No evidence that the bias influenced the course of investigation.
There is evidence in the report and in what is common knowledge that suggests bias in fact did influence the course of investigation. There is also considerable evidence of extreme bias, and I don't care how much the players claim their bias didn't enter the work, I don't believe them - of course they are going to say, to the boss and to investigators, that they were just joking around.
Set aside the self-serving testimony, or weigh it, and ask if you would find the bias did or did not influence the work. What do you think a jury of 10 would find, given the evidence in the report?
I get it. Wray is head of an institution that demands public respect. Well, they can demand all they want, they aren't getting any respect from me - no more than I give the Mafia, and for the same reason. They are thugs.
The whole investigation was biased. The way they gathered evidence, the kid gloves with which they handled Shrillary...everything pointed to an investigation which the result had already been determined.
They specifically did not dig very deep in the emails department..and that’s just one aspect.
