So, the question is— was this outraged mother an immigrant “black” or a western lib, hyped up NAACP triggered US citizen? This is a private hotel upscale version of the Starbuck’s public accommodation raid by two non-customers, who. were. black. And.... sent there.
The reason, for instance, a contractor for Wet N’ Wild water park told me.... their pool treatment plant bought TONs of diatomaceous earth for natural filtration of .... fecal particulates. These exist from... uh, every occupant regardless of .... “color”.
Higher end hotels have rules about pool use. A poorly asked question of a “triggered” sub group— but the experience in some parts of LA and CA are that certain paid “immigrants” are not staying the hotel and are... BATHING in the chlorine treated water. This is a FACT.
But, fodder for the chattering OUTRAGED class. Who, if one asked them— “would you want to swim in a pool full of dirty “undocumented” (ie. clinically— no medical clearances) immigrants— mexicao, pakistan,kenyan (oops)...Benin....who might be carrying all sorts of parasites, and.. viruses which CDC has not yet picked up in their surveys.
Disease is just an international flight away with vectors carried by .....these “poor” immigrants.
A reasonable question. I wont use public pools though.
Simple solution, don’t use the pool dude. Anyone using a pool with people they don’t know should have no expectation that everyone else in the pool showered first, or didn’t pee in it or doesn’t have some communical disease. On the few rare occasions I’ve used a hotel pool or hot tub, I make sure I shower, with soap, AFTER I get out. Have never and will never use a public pool.
I see guys leaving restrooms without washing their hands and I want to call them filthy animals, but I don’t want to get shot.
Older guys especially. Want to put this up at church: “Wash your hands and say your prayers because Jesus and germs are everywhere.”
Outrage? Big deal.
It has to be remembered that those ugly knots of "corn rows" are NEVER completely washed. If fact they can't be fully washed because they can't be untwisted except by a Negro hair specialist. Oil and dirt and bacteria accumulate over months until the next time they are disassembled.
In Washington, DC, it is a law to shower before entering a swimming pool. Really.
I was asked that about a young nephew once. We’re so honky privilege just leaks out of us onto everything!
Of course the answer— we were both still dry— was “No, we’re going to use that one (a shower head in a corner of the pool area).”

Sixty years ago, Navy swimmers had to walk through a long and cold foot-bath. No shower required. Maybe this was Quonset Point, RI?
