Interesting you should mention that - I was just thinking who creates all of this crap designed to discredit any 'conspiracy theory' by muddying the waters with easily proved lies - would have to be some kind of Bureau of Misinformation. Any "editing" you mentioned, has NOTHING to do with his speaking.

It was I. Response to an anon’s postof the video.....I think Q is saying it’s missing the rest of the speech or that the anon has a faulty/edited video. I don’t read Q’s comment as endorsing the validity of the video. Could be wrong, but that’s how I read it.

Okay. Dagummit. I had to down an entire cerveza just to watch that sh*t too many times to find what may be the part you refer to regarding his saying “colonialism.” Perhaps at 32:15?

As I watched the slo-mo, each time he stated something with which he seems to despise, he bites his bottom lip.

AND, only with the slo-mo did I observe the hand-thing. (BTW, my husband’s innuendo regarding that ^ was ROTFLMAO!)

I am now confused regarding this speech.

I watched it four years ago and specifically recall being appalled by odumbo’s comment, “...and for the international order that we have worked for generations to build. If you watch the clip you posted yourself, @Cboldt, and compare your transcript to the edited one on the Q board, it appears that the tape ws edited to begin with the AUDIO portion snippet from 1:37 to 1:43, and then resumes the audio from 3:25-3:30 ; I'm not sophisticated enough to do an exact match of the corresponding video: but it is significant that the "ordinary men and women" part on the edited video, is over a shot of the *audience*, so that you can't tell that Omoeba's speech has been edited by looking at his face / body.
