That is the most cogent (and so far, most likely) (*) explanation of RR's perfidy and Session's deer-in-the-headlights reaction; Sessions got caught flat footed, except that

a) he's still going after MS-13 and pedophiles full blast, both essential ingredients in what Q has laid out as the President's plan

b) someone needs to check when Huber was named, and compare that time to RR naming Mewler following the RR-recommended Comey firing.

Two other points, on that last thing.

1) First, I think it caught RR flat-footed that President Trump and/or Sessions *raided Comey's office* and took everything while Comey was across the country: I don't think RR anticipated that, and it basically gave the President a good working look at the Deep State's entire "order of battle", i.e. a list of *all* conspirators. RR never dreamed he'd have _that_ little tidbit revealed.

2) Note that in past Q drops, Q has posted things like "RR problems" or posting " [[[RR]]] " indicating RR's treachery is well known and allowed for / counteracted by now.

(*) anyone else notice how much "most likely" sounds like Mos Eisley ("wretched hovel of scum and villainy") ?

Who is John Huber...

• In March 2017, Sessions appointed Huber to continue to serve as U.S. attorney in Utah.
• In June 2017, Trump nominated Huber to serve as U.S. attorney for the District of Utah.
• In August 2017, the U.S. Senate unanimously confirmed Huber’s appointment.

Dismissal of James Comey

James Comey, the 7th director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), was dismissed by U.S. President Donald Trump on May 9, 2017.

Robert Mueller

...on May 17, 2017, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed Mueller to serve as special counsel for the United States Department of Justice.

Comey was compromised every which way he turned.

He had to reopen that HRC email investigation because NYPD and the FBI NY Field Office was threatening to go public with contents of the Weiner laptop if Comey didn’t reopen the case.

Now note two very influential large organizations:
1. NYPD
2. FBI NY Field Office (NY field office is most influential in the bureau)

Comey didn’t want to reopen it. He was between a rock and a hard place. He was looking for any way possible to ‘legitimize’, exonerate HRC. Lynch had already given him his marching orders as to how to handle it, what to call it.

Comey had to quell the NYPD and FBI-NY. This was all building up over many weeks and had reached a head because those NY agents and LEOs could not live with themselves knowing what they knew. That’s saying something because usually lower ranks will keep quiet over rumors and chatter of things going on at the top. To have lower ranks insist that the case proceed or else is a testament to the grave nature of what was seen on that laptop.

All during Summer into Fall 2016 Loretta Lynch was working to contain the explosive content of the laptop. She was in frequent communication with Comey. It’s a good bet that Comey told her he was getting flak from NY over the laptop with a threat they would buck the chain of command and go public.

On 10/24/16, AG Loretta Lynch swaps out the federal investigative using the Justice Department to threaten the FBI and NYPD.

She called NYPD and threatened them on investigating an accidental choking case. She left it to Comey to handle FBI-NY. What could he do?

On 10/28/2016 Comey announced he was reopening the HRC email case. Three days later he closed it.

So Lynch took care of NYPD.
Comey took care of FBI-NY.

Comey had to go public on 10/28 to stop FBI-NY from doing so. If Comey had simply sent an official internal memo to reopen the case, the field office could have spoken to the media. But as Comey spoke to the media first, the field office was cut off from doing the same. Comey as Chief of FBI HQ took complete control.

There days later, he closed it saying that a ‘review’ of the new email documents (no way could a review have covered all the documents in 2 days), that the review brought the same conclusion as before.

What was FBI-NY supposed to do? They couldn’t go public before the press as that would butt heads directly with Comey, HRC polls showed she would win handily, Comey had taken over the case, ‘reviewed’ it, and declared it moot, there was less than a week before election day.

It looked as if Lynch and Comey had succeeded in quelling the uprising.

But she lost.

And now it’s all coming out and there will be a lot of pain.
