Yes, that's true. You quoted something from the Vox Day list that was posted a while ago, but I don't see the connection.
The KKK would not have agreed with Vox's claims in that statement. They very much were White Supremacists, as were the Confederates before them. This is clear if you read the Articles of Secession of the individual states. They are quite explicit about their white supremacist beliefs.
