They are there, just take longer to load. On qanon.pup when you refresh it initially loads to post 1592, then if page left open post up to 1599 load after about 10 seconds. Commonly does that.

Obama had already nominated Merrick Garland for Scalia’s seat. Hillary may not have had the ability to give away that seat cause perhaps it was already spoken for or part of the deal was that O go to pick that one.
