Obviously not, since you can not “cover” the fact that Q made many concrete predictions that absolutely failed to happen. All that the Q followers can do is try to dance around that fact, conveniently ignoring some predictions, or speculating that others might have been fulfilled even though you can’t produce any evidence of it. There is no “decoding” to be done with his predictions for November 2016 that completely failed. Sorry, but he made concrete predictions in plain english, and people asked him many questions and he gave detailed further explanations, in plain english, about what was supposed to happen. Then none of it happened.
In regards to Podesta:
The Podesta Group was indicted and John Podesta was also indicted for his Russia dealings. Regardless of his infrequent appearances and opinion pieces, as defiant as he may appear, he is like Comey, under close watch.

This warrant was unsealed as part of a limited release in May of this year by the DOJ IG in preparation for Congressional reviews.
The timeline supports that the Q group knew this information beforehand which lends veracity to Q.
