I don’t know what state this is in, but where I live he would not be able to do this without a cosmetology license, business license, and I believe a health department inspection relating to hygiene and equipment sterilization. You could get away with it at your house but not in a public place.
Anyways, said "fuggit" and kept rollin. So nothin changed there, either! And it was ok. d;^)
My mom was a liberal until my parents tried to start a business. By the time they were done with all the regulations my mom was a conservative like my dad who co-owned a family business his dad started. My parents started 3 businesses after they retired so they had the time to fight city hall.
I cut my own hair.
Maybe this is why, but I think its really because I can give myself a bad haircut for free, why pay someone to do it?
