Commenting that somebody is weird is different than making an actionable complaint.
I recall being approached by an executive who had undergone an annual physical from one the older doctors at our clinic. He asked me to talk to the doctor about his “make up” as he thought it was weird. Of course, I said nothing to man. He wore a little self tanning cream.
I guess my point it, what was Jordan supposed to do? I’m sure they all laughed and joked about the doctor being kinda “weird” but did anyone ask Jordan to do something about it? I doubt it. Doesn’t sound at all that anyone at the time considered the examinations by the doctor as molesting.
Jordan or anyone else would have looked pretty darn foolish to tell a doctor how he should examine a patient.
Jordan:”Hey, Doc, I know you’re board cerified and all, and you’ve been practicing medicine for over 30 years, but the boys were wondering if you would stop examining their private parts so thoroughly.”
Doctor:”So, you don’t want me to touch them?”
Jordan:”Might better if you don’t.”
Doctor:”How about if I don’t have them take their clothes off when I examine them?”
Jordan:”It might be the smartest thing to do.”
Doctor:”So, what if I miss a heart murmer or a testicular lump or a hernia?”
Jordam:”Well better than to be accused of being a pervert.”

This is total crap, and someone should just STFU about it. I’m surprised that Ryan and others don’t come forward and squelch the whole thing.
