Liberalism is now a religion, like Islam.
I have a brother that drives around with “#RESIST” across the back of his car. The last time I saw him, he got in my face and threatened to beat me to a pulp, because I voted for Trump. This is a college educated man, almost 60 years old.
This is their higher calling, their religion, their reason for being, and they have no qualms with smashing an innocent unborn infant into a pulverized heap of blood and bone.
He mocks Trump for having sex outside his marriage, and then goes to Thailand, leaving his wife and kid at home, to go on a month long sex tour, bitching about the fact he has to pay his health insurance, and that Big Brother and Mother state should pay for it, while he dumps 5000 on his sex tour.
These are the people (assholes) that adore Obama and want a communist country. This is the Whoopie Goldberg crowd.

I have a sister who is also part of RESIST, but have not spoken to her (nor her to me) in several years. I do know that they campaigned for 0bama and then HRC and said she was a kind and honorable woman. They attended the 2nd inauguration of 0bama.
Nothing quite as bad as your brother’s hypocrisy (that I know of), but they also had posted pictures of George Bush as a monkey and a squirrel, and when my son was in Ramadi, Iraq with the USMC, I was chastised about how Bush lied.
I believe they also made a special effort to befriend Muslims right after 9-11.
It is a vast space between us now.

All of the siblings had gathered at his home after our dad's funeral last August. At some point he asked me, "What do you think of Trump?"
Knowing he was intentionally throwing a bomb into middle of the room, I replied, "I think he's a good man."
Well, that triggered my brother. He jumped up and stormed inside the house, yelling at me, "Go home! Go home!"
I've known my brother to be a wack job progressive for a long time, but I really didn't expect that sort of moonbattery out of him on such a solemn occasion as that.
