Wildhighlander57,
You are correct about the F-15 Eagles but there are references made to F-15 Eagles as ‘Iron Eagles’ presumably due to their enduring value and survival in the fighter groups.

But the Q post “IRON EAGLE” seemed to reference the film of the same name where the son of a POW makes a plan to rescue his father by stealing a plane.
And what do we have in the news? A stolen plane and a mysterious pilot.
I haven’t looked at the timestamps of Q’s post vis a vis the time the news of this plane was released. If anyone has that info handy, please post it.
I pinged xone because his post #243 alluded to the pilot being perhaps a black hat in addition to possibly being a white hat. But in view of Q’s post “IRON EAGLE” and the possible connection to the film of the same name, I would weigh as more likely the pilot is a white hat.
I believe that it is similar to the A-6 being from Grumman's Iron Works. Tough capable plane.
I would weigh as more likely the pilot is a white hat.
Ok, on what basis? I got: stole a plane. Blackhat. (cover for F-15 strike?), Whitehat. If you have another reason for the distraction provided by the hour or so interlude let's consider it. Perhaps the answer will come when we have more frickin GOUGE! Huge gouge shortage here. Vid not helpful poorly executed. "National Air Station". C'mon man!

Q mentioned IRON EAGLE, April 25th q drop #1260, per the greatawakening numbering system

Regarding whether Rich was white hat or black hat...
Some questions gathered from my other posts:
If Rich was a black hat,
Could the white hats have gotten control remotely, and routed the plane away from populated areas & let it ditch when out of fuel?
What was Rich after; why steal the plane?
Why take a meandering route?
Flight path in third link in haffast’s post shows a meandering path from southwest of SeaTac down towards McChord base, then over the Olympia mountain range, back towards McChord, then circling that little island, then going off-radar.

If Rich was a white hat,
how’d he survive without an eject seat?
can someone bail from that type of plane? (I don’t think so)
Why would a white hat kamikaze?
If he did land (and elsewhere), what caused the burn area in the trees on the island?
If it was a white hat mission, how’d they get these folks all to make a ‘cover’ tape:
‘pilot’ of stolen plane
ATC guy
USAF pilot #1
USAF pilot #2
Airplane pilot with ATC guy
Airplane pilot in plane near the stolen one
And also another ATC (h/t Blu)
And the question is:
Why steal a plane and then bail when it runs out out of gas?
