[RR] is the firewall
Not saying I agree with this assignment, but good food for thought.
Much like LL (Loretta Lynch) was a firewall, [RR] is most definitely a firewall, of sorts.
He (and she) are/were where document releases and investigtions went to die. Clinton style.
Yea. I'd call [RR] a firewall. THE firewall. Maybe.

But I think Steele was thinking of other protections as well, and not just [RR]. Probably an entire system of firewalls.
