I remember these and the discussion about APACHE. Was there a conclusive understanding of APACHE?
I don't think so. Either the html page server software, or a codename known only to players in the codeword game is the impression left in my mind, for whatever THAT is worth.
It was software if I recall
A little feel-good article in the news:
Georgia woman facing ‘longest sentence’ for leaking to media
http://www.fox5atlanta.com/news/georgia-woman-facing-longest-sentence-for-leaking-to-media-1
Reality Winnder “faces the “longest sentence” ever for a federal crime involving leaks to the media.”
Her (non binding) plea deal was 5 years 3 months in prison but max sentence she may receive is 10 years.
APACHE - possibly codebreakers, or reference to code used in WW-2?
Alternately, a nice helicopter that would end a riot rather quickly, but with a pretty large toll.
Here is the BEST description I have found to date of the Apache server and how it all fits into things. There are some technical aspects but it is not hard to understand and very well done
This particular channel on YouTube is a great source for decodes and she works off of SerialBrain2s decodes using gematria and other elements
This link tells all about APACHE
Enjoy, I did!
