Good luck. The best time to lose weight is sleeping. Weigh your self at night be for bedtime and again in morning. How many pounds did you lose? Then, eat like you normally do and check again at night. Compare to the day before. If you are higher then the day before eat less or have one less beer. If you are lower then see what sleep does again to lose weight. It takes a while of pattern recognition. But you can lose big time weight by understanding your body.
