If someone used NSA data to commit a crime and that data was stored in Utah, then Utah could indeed be the venue. If someone used an NSA computer to commit a crime and that computer was located in Utah, then Utah could indeed be the venue. Think about it.

Swamp Drainage: I was quietly optimistic about POTUS’s required audits I saw at the whitehouse.gov website several months ago. It looked like POTUS would be able to compare status of various departments during the Obama administration (Sept. 2016) to that of his (Sept. 2017). I saw the Treasury Dept. was to be audited and hoped they would detect the mass distribution of funds to other nations on pallets in cargo planes (looking at you, Obama). But I never heard anything else about it...until now.
Today, I came across an interesting short little video (5 minutes) regarding arrests we generally don’t hear about.

Following details from report compiled by Lisa Evans Rockwell.
Oct 1 2017 through March 31 2018, the IG was auditing the US Treasury (semi-annual audit). Another such audit is ongoing now.
The first audit (Office of Investigations) resulted in 33 arrests, 35 indictments, and 21 convictions.
The US Mint was audited: Deep Storage Gold and Silver Reserves as of September 30, 2017 and 2016 (OIG-18-003, 10/24/17).
The Department of the Treasuries Schedules of US gold reserves held by Federal Reserve Banks as of September 30, 2017 and 2016. There’s more in Treasury audit report (e.g., 37 million in Treasury Checks stolen from the US Postal Service) and the Agriculture Dept. audit is no sleeper either (eg., one convenience store trafficked 3.4 million dollars in food stamps in one year) and the Office of Investigations reported 217 arrests, 280 indictments and 272 convictions.
There a crop insurance report, and a USDA report as well (e.g., individuals “received more than $165 million in set-aside contracts to which they were not entitled received more than $165 million in set-aside contracts to which they were not entitled”).
The IG referred a “senior staff member” (Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin) at a Treasury bureau to the DOJ for investigation to determine if he released information regarding the existence of a DOJ and Treasury OIG investigation.
There are links to some of the reports, the Ag audit report is longer at around 147 pages or so. I’ve only skimmed them but they look promising; we knew it was a swamp, it’s nice to see a few reports detailing a little of what has been going on to drain it.

With all due respect, you have been singing the exact same tune on the Q threads since at least 2/13/18 ... never satisfied somehow with the speed of arrests ... doubting the veracity of Q unless the perp walks happen RIGHT NOW ...
You have stated on at least 3 occasions you were completely done with Q ... yet you keep returning to the threads.
Why?
I want to give you the benefit of the doubt, because you do not seem at all like a troll to me. I think there is SOMETHING about the Q message that holds your interest, your curiosity, even your hope.
FWIW, maybe your TESTS are not the right ones for the situation. Maybe the TIME SCALE of your expectation is not calibrated with the vastness of the reality we are living through.
My suggestion is to just let it play out, and take the “crumbs” we are getting, such as the eradication of the whole top tier of the FBI and C_A, some already being referred for possible prosecution (Comey, McCabe, Strzok possible Brennan etc.)
In my opinion, this is a war. You have served (and thank you!) so you know we have won many a battle yet lost the wars in recent decades. We CANNOT AFFORD THAT HERE!

I don't think anybody gives a rat's ass or is disputing WHO prosecutes, but rather whether a civilian can be tried in a military court rather than a corrupt civilian court.
That is the story that's being told to us.
