Methinks Donaldus Magnus has determined whether or not there is even the vaguest chance this might upset the process. I think Trump first asked him, do you recall this woman from your high-school years?
It would appear that, from his statement shown below, that ^he does^ recall this woman as a teen.
“I had no idea who [she was until yesterday]” implies that he recognized the woman from his youth. Truth or not, this may not play out well for Kavanaugh if Trump thinks it will cast political shade around Kavanaugh.
