Missouree for the most part, That Missourah stuff started after I was gone, sometime in the late 80s or 90s, where someone decided that genuine Missourians said Missourah, and a whole bunch of people who never said it that way before started to. Now when I hear it, I don’t know if it’s genuine or manufactured. There was a part of the state that said it that way, but it wasn’t that common, and no one in the big cities, with the vast majority of the population, said it that way.

I’m from Missouree and I never heard it called anything but Missouree until I moved to Texas at seven, and here everybody called it Missourah. I’ve always thought it an odd situation where the rest of the country calls a state by a slang pronunciation that isn’t used within the state.
Then there’s Frisco though. I understand San franciscans don’t like the term Frisco.
