No, I heard it. I've read the transcript. If they have evidence that some of these guys collaborated with the actual enemies...I.E. ISIS..enemies we can point to...then yes. So, if we can PROVE that we were funneling weapons to ISIS via Beghazi...that is a true collaboration and Ex Parte Milligan won't apply to those people.
There would have to be DIAMOND proof encased in TITANIUM.
