How is this any different from the Emergency Broadcast System? And how did the Feds get my Cell Phone # ?
It is part of the EBS...supposed to work like Amber alerts...to whom it may concern. Meaning they don’t need to know who the user is...odds are they do of course.
I wonder if people using pay as you go phones will get alert?
