You meant 9 Oct, of course. It’s pretty clear that 11/11 is a big day in the Q-niverse, so I would be surprised if we don’t hear from Q well before then.
Also, we have almost come to the end of our first year of Q. (Q started on 10/28/17.) Surely Q will join in the first anniversary celebration.

Couple thoughts/questions:
1. If Vet. Day, Observed is 11/12, then why not 11/12?
2. If the Q-birthday is 28 Oct, is it possible that 29 Oct could be “the first day of the rest of your life”? (I’ve seen both the b-day anniversary as well as the day after celebrated as such.).
Personally, I’d vote for 28 Oct to celebrate. Never was fond of moving a birthday party.
