Not that I give a sh*t the guy got shot, but if you’re being tazed, doesn’t that mean your muscles would freeze up, so you wouldn’t be able to open your hands to drop something even if you wanted to?
When you fall to the ground on a taze, it’s because you’ve lost muscle control and cannot balance on your own.
Yeah, you may be right, it is not really all that reasonable to think someone is in the best position to comply with commands when you are passing a few thousand volts though their body so they lose muscle control.
There have been people who’ve been tazed and barely reacted to it. So.. Cop killer? Take no chances.
He should have thought about that before he got tased.
It may have been the case that the tasing happened AFTER the shot given the remarks from the police.
