What will you do election night?

I used to be a political junkie, but now, it has gotten so that a little is enough. So, Tuesday night, as a) I can’t affect anything, and b) the nets will be wall-to-wall election coverage, including the race for dogcatcher in Upper BFE, we are going to go catch a movie.

What are you going to do?

Already voted, so that is done.

Pray, pray pray that we have a repeat of 16. I seriously doubt that Cox will win gov of CA*, but then I did not even begin to think that Trump was going to win either. I hope that I am very wrong again on that election. If Cox does pull it out, it will be another miracle directly from God.

I plan on having a glass of wine, watch the returns and pray that the Dems are going to have an additional meltdown live and in color.

* One of the things that give me hope that our prayers are being answered is that one fellow Freeper announced that there is heavy advertising in the LA area. Hmm I figured that LA was not even in play for Cox. That tells me that they are very worried that Cox and Nancy Pelosi’s nephew (Newsome) is going to have the same results as the Clinton -Trump scenario where Clinton is going to win (100%) guaranteed. Take it to the bank Pelosi. LOL If LA is in play, that is really, really bad news for the Dems, in the most liberal of all the states. With the “anti-everyone that has any sense” attitude of the Dems, the rest of the state is going to go red. If CA even turns slightly purple it is over for the Democrats.

I like watching slow motion train wrecks. I’ll be looking at the DUmp on election night.

I wouldn't be so sure. The left is energized. Get out and vote Republican.

Complacent? I think NOT.

Target Early, a Democratic political data and data services firm, has bad news for Democrats. Early voting in battleground states is going to Republicans.

The site’s numbers show Republicans are up:
178,464 votes in Arizona.
136,779 votes in Florida.
105,352 votes in Indiana.
2,282 votes in Missouri.
48,581 votes in Montana.
46,742 votes in North Dakota.
85,713 votes in Ohio.
8,023 votes in Pennsylvania.
464.358 votes in Tennessee.
767,458 votes in Texas.
36,089 votes in Wisconsin.
26,579 votes in West Virginia.

I am having a new 4K large screen wall mounted tomorrow. I will watch MSNBC and CNN in hopes of catching exploding heads in real-time.

On Election Night 2016, we watched “Finding Dory” and I went to bed, conferring all to God’s providence.

Will probably do something similar. Too nerve wracking.

Well since I gave up cable I will not be watching any of the cable news networks unless I can get some live feeds on YouTube.

Will probably follow the election here on FR and maybe on YouTube.

I fully expect the election to be over by 10PM CST unless California and the West need to provide the votes for controlling the House then later.

But I imagine we will know the flow by 10PM.

I’ve had too many late election nights. I’ll go to sleep and read the results the next morning.

I am in it to win it and will be watching on Fox and FR, planning a delicious spread for dinner, popping lots of popcorn and champagne. No, I will not look away. I want to watch the Dem Disaster in real time.

Get a bottle of cheap champagne and drink a glass each time the Republicans take a blue seat. Ought to get blitzed pretty early.

Read my mind. I suggested to my girlfriend we go catch a movie. I will be DVR’ing everything though to catch the meltdown. Just like 2016 I will DVR CNN/MSNBC coverage, Mika and Joe, and even The View. So much schadenfreude on the menu for Wed.

Same thing I did in ‘16: Watch old movies and stay ABSOLUTELY away from the news til morning; a choice for which I was grateful when I saw the roller coaster FLA was. Watching that would have killed me.
