As Q says Flynn is a patriot, he may have interacted with Turkey, if he did so at all, to serve and Intel purpose we’re not going to know about. As an Intel person himself, he’d know his actions would be known by NSA.

That's the info I have been trying to flesh out. I'm just not finding anything other that derp state stuff. Gotta just trust the plan. Q does say Flynn is a patriot and I really believe that.
