My reasoning is . . . concerned is polite and low key--usually and certainly compared to the other 2.
Appalled is like shockingly aghast--hyper-incredulous-ity.
Outrage has tons of high energy anger and is aggressively focused on the source triggering the outrage.

Both videos are rather long. The second reveals some of Webb’s disturbing new investigative reports about Bannon and Flynn , among other things. We’ll take a ‘wait and see’ attitude.
