They still have the traffic signals where the stop and go signs pop-out from the side. At around 5:50 there is a billboard for the Hollywood Bowl, but I can’t quite make out the dates.

If the film maker had used a high resolution steadycam, we could probably read the date on the license plates. ;)

At 4:31 there is a billboard advertisement for RCA Victor Television sets.

From Wiki:

Following the adoption of National Television System Committee (NTSC) recommended standards, the FCC authorized the start of commercial television broadcasts on July 1, 1941. The entry of the United States into World War II a few months later greatly slowed its deployment, but RCA resumed selling television receivers almost immediately after the war ended in 1945.
