Again, not saying all are corrupted, but there are enough that ends up tainting the good ones (of all faiths).
Again personally (to show that the judgement of God is real), I have seen pastors blind-sided and kicked to the curb by "elders" or laymen, eager to advance their own selfish agendas (See Stanford Prison Experiment and Stockholm syndrome for some ideas concerning this phenomena). I have been mercifully absent from any of this, refusing to lay a hand on a man of God, even if they are in the wrong (God deals with that eventually). The aftermath has seen Gods judgements on these laypeople, their businesses, their health, and families. God is real, and so is His judgements. Some of the more secular muslims are seeing this as well, and are pushing back on their leaders. That is where you see the slaughter in the middle-eastern streets for "blasphemy". If you equate the communist state to a religious order, just look at the similarities between these corrupt religious empires and the government of communist China. It's all there: Corruption, egos, greed to name a few, using all available means in suppressing the faithful (voluntarily or not) to the ends those rulers seek. The wall paper is different, but the wall behind them is the same....
